Welcome home

I made this mini card for my neighbours who came home after 4 weeks of holidays in OZ. They left their cat in my care, so I thought this would be nice as a welcome home card.
With a white gellyroll pen (by Sakura) I made faux stitches, and the cat is in 3D.

Here is a closer look:

The front and back are a W. As you can see I have a stamp to personalize my cards:

Faux Leather Wallet

Hi everyone,

I had to make a gift card for a very special lady. I came across Bev's and Whiff of Joy Challengeblog, saw a very inspiring photo of one made by Jane and finally found a tutorial at Splitcoasterstampers.

Here is my attempt on making one:

I used my Cuttlebugfolder: bubbles to create the outside (I used glimmer cardstock), the inside DP is by Eskimo kisses, the ribbon was bought at a marketplace, the buckles came from a lowbudgetstore in the Netherlands: Xenos.

For the first time, I sewed paper with my sewingmachine(amazing!) I set an eyelet and ran a piece of waxed cottonstring (Rayer) through. A brad is holding the string.

To complete the gift card I made a fitting card
with a sentiment by Marianne Design (in Dutch it says Congrats) and
a butterfly by Hobby & Caftingfun.

Thank you for stopping by and
don't forget to leave me a comment on this one!

Lili of the Valley

Hello everyone,
Cards for men are the worst! I know everyone struggles with a male card and I am no different! I thought this image could do the trick. I first saw it a while ago at Bev's, she is a miracle worker with stamps! The image came from Lili of the Valley also known as LOTV.

The green waxed cottonstring is by Rayer,
buttons from stash, the rhinestones are by Joy! Crafts
The DP is again by Marianne Design -
Pretty Paper Bloc - Springtime, love those papers!
Here is a close-up:

Here is a peek at the inside:

The sentiment is Artemio, which is cut out with a label by Spellbinders.
Let me know what you think of this male card.

New baby born

Hi, I am going to try to post more often. So today's card is for a babygirl that is born. The DP is Marianne Design's Pretty Paper Bloc Springtime which I have used quit a lot lately. I have to buy me some more, cause I'm running out.

The image is by Eline Pellinkhof (Marianne Design)
The sentiments are by Marianne Design - Eline's Vintage and Artemio.

A look at the inside:

Flowers are by Wild Orchid Crafts, the charm came from Cute Stamps & Cards.
Punched with Martha Stewart punch: doily lace. Coloured with my watercolourpencils and waterbrush.

New home

Hi everyone,
Today's card I made for my son and his girl :). They got the key to their apartment (woohoo!) and will move out as soon as their home is ready.

This is the inside of the card (not their home, lol), the sentiment is Marianne Design. I made the windows with a sheet, some lace as curtain.

And here you can see through:

A couple of years ago Marianne Design made this mould and
I haven't had the chance to make a card with it. I hope you like it, I enjoyed making it!

Today's card is an other Christmascard, oh yes I am in the (christmas) mood, lol.
The only thing with this one is I can't remember the name of the DP! So sorry about that, but maybe you recognize it and are willing to share your info with me.

Here is a close-up:

The piontsettia's and the ribbon are from Wild Orchid Crafts , the borderpunch is by Martha Stewart , the image is from Funkykids by Sugar Nellie.
