Anything goes - challenge @ Mo Manning

As I've not shown you this
male birthday card yet, now  it's time to do so.
I coloured with Twinkling  H2O, the die for the sentiment is Spellbinders
Paper is by Marianne Design.
I made this card for my son, who works with computers.
I could just see him sitting there.....lol
A close up:
The sentiment is stamped with Versamark,
sprinkled with white embossingpowder,
than heated with my heattool.
 And here is the inside:
Thank you for stopping by and leaving a message in any language.
Google can translate it all, lol.

Happy Birthday and a challenge

Hi everyone! After Friday 13th and all the mess Blogger made, I wanted to wait and see if it worked again, well it seems to.

So for todays card I used Pretty Papers bloc Sweet Romance, by Marianne Design, the beautiful (white) doily from Cheery Lynn Designs, an other doily die (brown cardstock) and the heart are by Marianne Design and a gorgeous digital image from Funky Kits named Connie.

A closer look: I coloured her with Distress Ink and Twinkling H2O.

The eyes and lips are coloured with my watercolourpencils.

I made this flower myself, the leaves and fern are Marianne Design what else, lol.
I decorated the inside too. The sentiment says: Happy Birthday.

I hope you like it. This card is also entering the challenge at

Always lovely to read your comments.

Just for you!

Hello my dear blogfollowers, I want to thank you for you comments on my previous posts, I love to read them!
Todays card I made for one of the neighbours of my mum, she has done a great deal for her, so I made her this card. Again it is a Snoesje in 3D from the book Snoesjes van Kaarten (cards with Snoesjes), by Marianne Design. They are fabulous to work with!

Here the card is closed:

The circle die and the butterfly are also by Marianne Design, so are the papers: Pretty Papers Bloc Eline's Flowerz. The sentiment says: Just for you (also Marianne D.)
Here it is open:

The border flowers are from the marketplace and so is the ribbon. The pearl adhesive stones are by Kars.

A close up:

And here it is standing on its own, lol:

Thank you for stopping by! I'll come and visit you if you leave me a comment :-)

A new born baby girl

Hi, you must have wondered where I was.... Well, I am still busy creating my own space in the house! A lot of work to be done. More than I imagined, I must say.

This babycard is made with love :). Also made with DP by Marianne Design, a Martha Stewart punch(butterfly) some ribbon and pearls.

The image is a bit of a problem; I know the artist (Annebodil) but I can't find her blog anywhere. Maybe you know her and would you be as kind to tell me? Thank you!

The inside is created with a die by Marianne Design (LR0130) and the DP is also by her. The sentiment is a rubbon which says: Congrats, a daughter.
That's all for now. Have to finish some sanding now, hubby was not content, so I have to do it again....

Thank you for stopping by!! Big hugs,

Christmas star

Hi everyone!
I found todays card at Wilga blog: My paper passion.
It is a small booklet in the shape of a star, when open. Closed it triangle shaped.
Because there where no messures at the site I tried some measures and I found that the squares (there are 5 of them!) where most likely 12,5 cm, but you can make them bigger if you like.
I used a Pretty Paper Bloc by Marianne D. named Scandinavian Christmas.
The ribbon came from WOC

The above snowflake is made with a snowflake
by Marianne D. and a punch by Martha Stewart.

All stamps came from a set bought at
a lowbudget store (Kruitvat for the Dutch people :) ).
Thank you for stopping by my blog.

Lili of the Valley

Hello everyone,
Cards for men are the worst! I know everyone struggles with a male card and I am no different! I thought this image could do the trick. I first saw it a while ago at Bev's, she is a miracle worker with stamps! The image came from Lili of the Valley also known as LOTV.

The green waxed cottonstring is by Rayer,
buttons from stash, the rhinestones are by Joy! Crafts
The DP is again by Marianne Design -
Pretty Paper Bloc - Springtime, love those papers!
Here is a close-up:

Here is a peek at the inside:

The sentiment is Artemio, which is cut out with a label by Spellbinders.
Let me know what you think of this male card.
Thank you for stopping by!
